About Me

I'm Helen and I am local to the Deepings. My Reflexology journey started 19 years ago when I started my training, and it has grown from there. I have always had an interest in all things holistic, from natural remedies, aromatherapy oils and crystals to energies and anything in-between. I have done many courses to widen my knowledge in lots of different therapies, and the ultimate goal of all of them is to lead to peaceful and calm life in what can sometimes be a chaotic and uncontrollable world.

I live with my husband and daughter and live a very normal life. If I can use holistic ways to bring about change and improvement into our lives, then I will use those as my first action.

I have trained to a clinical level and taken many courses. I have worked as a volunteer therapist at the Robert Horrell Cancer Wellbeing Centre at Peterborough Hospital. I continually learn about Reflexology as I find it fascinating.

My other interests are yoga, sewing and spending time in nature. I love to receive Reflexology, and although I can do the treatment on myself, it feels much better to relax and let someone else do it.
